    PERFORMANCE COACH

    John's has a real passion for people and human performance. He has spent the past 15 years coaching individuals in business and sport to cultivate sustainable high performance. Creating deep connections and actively challenging his clients is at the core of his philosophy. He has a strong interest in helping individuals to optimize their potential. John is currently working with a broad client base globally in person and online.

    John is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) from the International Coaching Federation. He is also currently 3 years into a Professional Doctorate in Human Performance & Innovation at the University of Limerick. John is also a co-founder of Performance Nerds who specialize in developing high performance leaders and teams. He is an endurance athlete and has participated in a number of large events in Ireland and overseas.

    FITNESS COACH

    My name is Laís Miyadaira, originally from Brazil and now living in Ireland for over 10 years. I’m a dedicated fitness instructor, personal trainer, and the proud owner of Sweatbox, a fitness studio in Limerick City. With over a year of experience running my own business, I’m on a mission to share my passion for exercise, health, and well-being. I strive to help others reach their fitness goals, increase vitality, strength, and, most importantly, happiness through the group classes.

    INTIMACY COACH

    Grace Alice Ó Sé is a sex and intimacy specialist, podcaster and award-winning author from Kerry. Through her work, Grace helps people to fill their lives with more joy, pleasure and connection. She offers 1-1 coaching sessions to individuals, couples coaching, an exclusive course for women, and promotes sex positivity through her extensive work in the media (including her podcast, The G-Spot). She is the author of Sex Educated, a guide for parents and teens endorsed by President Michael. D Higgins, and is the owner and manager of the landmark RSE & Me programme for schools.
